Royal Feline protects the privacy of our customers. No customer information of any kind will be shared with any other party.

Royal Feline adheres to the National Privacy Principles. A copy of these principles can be obtained at the Federal Privacy Commissioner web site at www.privacy.gov.au


All goods must be paid for in full before delivery. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, money order or direct bank transfer.

Refund Policy

Changes to orders can only be made within 48 hours of the initial order and payment being received. Refunds will only be available within this time frame. There are no refunds available for cages that have already been made and/ or dispatched. Enclosures that are returned to Royal Feline via courier due to their inability to successfully contact the customer to arrange delivery, will need to pay a re-delivery fee.


Prices are all quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

This website supports Secure Socket Layers of 128bit and greater.


Cat enclosures are normally delivered within 10-15 working days of an order being received. If a problem should arise, such as with stock availability, we will contact you regarding any expected delays greater than 15 working days.


Cages are primarily couriered using TNT throughout Australia. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Royal Feline if an order does not arrive.

Once we are informed, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

If you selected the insurance option for delivery, and your order was damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items according to our discretion. Please keep the damaged goods until you have discussed with us what we are going to do. It may be that we need to see the goods or that we need to show the damage to our courier company in order to obtain compensation.

Royal Feline is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit if the insurance option was not taken.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
